I was born and raised in Nashville, TN. I started Breaking Cycles Cleaning Services after working a couple of years doing cleaning and maintenance for other companies and seeing where I could bring a higher level of detailed clean on a consistent basis to the AirBNB and commercial building space. I want to provide training, leadership and a great paying job to employees.

Our AirBnb Cleaning Specialist are the core of BCCS and the hearts of our clients homes. We are hiring Cleaning Specialists to do the following:

Get to know our properties inside and out.
Do full-home detailed cleanings (including laundry)

Qualifications & Experience

Must have a valid US drivers license and reliable vehicle.

Excellent communication skills.

Meticulously clean, organized and hard working.

Must be a self-starter and able to recognize needs before a task is assigned.

Must be comfortable working in multiple locations, across multiple properties any given day.

Reliable and resourceful.
7
Ability to calmly thrive under pressure, perform consistently and work with a sense of urgency.

Pay starts at $15 per hour training during the first 4 weeks and then increases to $20 per hour starting your second month of successful employment. Performance bonuses will be given on a quarterly basis.
